“Paul at first I was little wary
about having Ludy’s, a BBQ Restaurant, cater for
this conservative group attending the Red Cross Banquet.
We needed a caterer that could provide gourmet Full
Service Catering, but one that would not break the bank.
With so much going on in the office, the last thing
I want to have to worry about is the performance of
the caterer I booked for a large, important event.
I was so delighted that not only was
Ludy’s staff courteous and professional; they
also REALLY took care of us! I could not believe that
Ludy’s provided us with everything from linen,
to plates, napkins, drinks and dessert. Everything you
need to have the perfect gourmet catered lunch.
But the best thing was definitely the
food. Everyone raved about how tender and juicy the
Chicken Picatta was and how the Tri-Tip melted in your
mouth. Not to mention the amazing assorted cheesecakes
for dessert! Before this catering I thought Ludy’s
only catered great BBQ, I couldn’t have been more
wrong. They are by far the best caterer we have employed
for a function.
Everyone loved how you took care of everything
down to the last detail; so we could sit back and enjoy
the event, worry free!
Your follow up was great, you gave us
a courtesy call to find out how everything went and
as a result of the feed back from my staff, I booked
Ludy’s catering next month! I can’t imagine
having not used Ludy’s to cater this Luncheon;
it was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever
