The Ludy's name had been in business for 30-plus years. Executive chef Paul Ludovina has dedicated his life to excelling in his culinary profession. Having opened dozens of new restaurants throughout California Paul took his love for BBQ on the road. Sampling different styles across many states, Paul developed his best interpretation of each BBQ variety to bring back to his home state of California. Paul opened Ludy's with the spirit of great food and exceptional customer service.
Today, that legacy lives on in Ludy's BBQ and catering.
